Heat Exposure

For deliveries outside of Dar Es salaam and Zanzibar, it is possible for our Butters to melt in transit due to the warm weather climate in Tanzania.  The volume of our Butters may reduce and the contents may melt completely and liquidise.  Please be assured that the quality of the Butters will not change but as it solidifies, the texture may change & contents appear to be less.  To solidify melted Butters, place in the fridge for up to 10 minutes and then leave at room temperature.

Do not leave products under the direct sunlight, in very hot places, cars, and the like. We will do our best to preserve items as they make their way to you.  We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items. All sales are final.
